Guest Pricing Policy
18 years old and below the age of 60 at the time of booking and are not (Seniors/PWD)
C.S.S.P. Rate Discount Eligibility
- Children between the ages of 2-11 years at time of booking will be charged with the “C.S.S.P. Rate”
- 2 infant children the ages of (16 days-23 months) are free of charge (Maximum of 2 infant children per family only), a fee of P1,000 is charge per infant child thereafter
- A Minimum of 1 Adult companion per tour is required for booking with children.
- All Children with height below 150 cm / 59 inches are required by law to be in a child seat while traveling on motor vehicles, child seat rental are available P500 per applicable child/tour
** TourXP reserves the right to request proof of age, for any child booked as 11 years of age and under, and to request additional payment if said child is found to be older than the age they were booked as
- Student rate is for Filipino & Foreign students age 12-17 years old only (valid school I.D. Required)
- Student age must not be more than 17 years old at the time of booking to qualify for C.S.S.P. Rate
- Students who are 18 years ++ at the time of booking will be charged adult rate.
- A valid student identification/school certification is required and other I.D.s (passports, national ID etc.) with age/ birthdate should be presented for proof of age requirement.
** TourXP reserves the right to request proof of student status, for any individual booked as Student, and to request additional payment if said individual is found to be a non-Student or as prescribed with the limitations in the above policy.
- Senior Citizen is for Filipino or Foreign Senior Citizens (60 years old and above).
- Any valid identification with age/ birthdate should be presented for proof of age requirement.
** TourXP reserves the right to request proof of age, for any individual booked as 60 years of age and over, and to request additional payment if said individual is found to be younger than the age they were booked as.
Any valid identification with PWD ID or any form should be presented for proof of PWD status
Payment Policy
TourXP requires guests to pay the full amount for their tour or holiday upfront, rather than paying in installments/deposits or at the end of the trip. This is done to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for the guests.
TourXP is able to streamline the booking process and avoid any potential delays or complications that may arise from processing payments at a later stage. This allows TourXP to focus on providing high-quality tours and holidays, without being distracted by administrative tasks or payment processing.
TourXP can provide a hassle-free experience for the guests. Guests do not have to worry about making payments during the trip or worrying about hidden costs or unexpected charges. This can help to reduce stress and anxiety, and allow guests to fully enjoy their tour or holiday without any financial worries.
It is important to note that TourXP may have cancellation policies and other terms and conditions related to payment, which guests should review before making a booking. These policies may provide details about refunds, rescheduling, or other circumstances that could affect the payment or the booking process.
For all customize day tours/holiday packages are booked and fully paid in advance. We shall require the following:
- Full payment (Cash/Credit via paypal) is required to confirm/reserve booking of day tours/holiday/diving package cost, minimum of 8-10 days before tour date.
- Complete Guests details preferably with photocopy of valid I.D.’s (Passport/government I.D. etc.)
- Hotel/Resort pickup information (for day tour guests) Rooming list (for holiday/dive packages)
- Complete flight/sea voyage information to Dumaguete City (for holiday/dive packages)
Customized Tours
All Tour bookings are made online via the website tourxp.pro for customize tours you can contact us via custom tours form here.
For all customize day tours/holiday packages are booked and fully paid in advance. We shall require the following:
- Full payment (Cash/Credit via paypal) is required to confirm/reserve booking of day tours/holiday/diving package cost, minimum of 8-10 days before tour date.
- Complete Guests details preferably with photocopy of valid I.D.’s (Passport/government I.D. etc.)
- Hotel/Resort pickup information (for day tour guests) Rooming list (for holiday/dive packages)
- Complete flight/sea voyage information to Dumaguete City (for holiday/dive packages)
Tour & Holiday Rebooking Policy
A one-time rebooking of tour is allowed up to 60 days or 2 months from original tour date (depending upon availability) for free with advance notice of at least 5 days before tour date.
For succeeding rebookings there after a rebooking fee of $50 will be charged per rebooking.
Failure to inform or give advance notice of intent to rebook will be considered a no show/on the day cancellation (see cancellation policy).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Total tour amount paid will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by PAMBI/DENR/Boat Operators Fees (rebook able but non-refundable), hotels, transport reservations or food expenses and administrative costs, below

- 14-30 days 35% of the tour price +15% administration fee
- 6-14 days 50% of the tour price +15% administration fee
- Less than 5 days and No Show / On the day cancellations no refunds
Full refund during Force Majeure/Coastguard advised cancellations less PAMBI/DENR/Boat Operators non-refundable fee and payment (bank/card) online transfer fees.

Xplore Day Tours & Holidays Meal Policy
TourXP Xplore Day Tour Packages are inclusive of lunch usually in set menus with partner resorts and restaurants while Holiday tours; depending upon the duration, maybe inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner usually in set menus with partner hotel, resorts and restaurants, these are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-convertible to cash in the event the guests decide to dine outside of partner resort/restaurant.
Unless otherwise requested in advance the following are not included in all the meal plans:
- Additional Snacks
- All alcoholic drinks
Vegetarian and special meal requests (for food allergies, religious beliefs, etc.) maybe available upon request, but are not guaranteed.
Holiday Accommodation Policy
- Mabuhay Class Accommodations are normally available for Siquijor Holidays.
- Twin Sharing per room assignment.
- For families with children room assignments maybe adjusted.
Special room assignments, upgrades to triple/quad sharing, location and other requests are dependent upon availability with partner accommodation. We will gladly accommodate any request to rooming depending upon the availability.
Transportation Policy
On land
Cars, Vans, minibuses or coaches will be provided depending on the tour group size.
On Sea
Island tours will require boat (private motorized outrigger boats, RORO vessels, fast craft, ferry) depending upon tour itinerary.
All TourXP tour land transportation and outrigger boats for tour use are for exclusive use to your group only, meaning that when you book a tour with TourXP, the land transportation provided by TourXP will be exclusively for the use of your group. This means that no other group or individuals will be sharing the transportation with you.
For example, if you book a tour with TourXP that includes transportation via a van, bus or outrigger boat, that van,bus or outrigger boat will only be used by your group for the duration of the tour. This ensures that you have privacy and exclusivity during your transportation and that you can enjoy your trip without any interference from other individuals or groups.
This is important for groups who want to travel together and have control over their itinerary. When booking a tour with TourXP, you can be assured that your group will have the transportation to yourselves, giving you the flexibility to plan your tour according to your preferences.
TourXP to provides a high-quality, personalized tour experience for its clients. By offering exclusive land transportation, TourXP ensures that its clients have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable trip.
Alteration to Tours/Itinerary
TourXP reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate, means that the TourXP may have to change the itinerary or cancel the tour if conditions arise that make it difficult or impossible to conduct the tour safely or effectively. These conditions could include inclement weather, natural disasters, political instability, or any other situation that could pose a threat to the safety of the guests or the success of the tour.
TourXP also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded, means that the TourXP may choose not to allow a particular individual to participate in the tour or may remove them from the tour if they are deemed to be a threat to the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of the other guests or if they fail to comply with the TouXP’s rules and regulations. In such cases, the TourXP will refund an equitable amount of the tour price.
For booked and paid tours/holidays, TourXP guarantees the price paid in good standing, means that when a guest has booked and paid for a tour or holiday with TourXP, the price they paid at the time of booking is guaranteed and will not be subject to any price increases or changes in the future, provided that the guests has met all of their obligations under the terms and conditions of the booking.
This means that if a customer books a tour or holiday with TourXP and pays the full amount upfront, they can be assured that they will not be asked to pay any additional fees or charges later on, even if there are cost increases due to inflation, exchange rate fluctuations, or other factors.
This guarantee is particularly important for guests who may be budget-conscious and want to know exactly how much they will be paying for their tour or holiday upfront, without having to worry about any additional expenses later on. By providing this guarantee, TourXP can help to build trust and confidence with its guests, and ensure that they are getting a fair deal.
It is important to note that this guarantee is subject to certain conditions, such as the guests meeting all of their obligations under the booking terms and conditions, including payment deadlines and cancellation policies. If the guests fails to meet these obligations, TourXP may be entitled to adjust the price or cancel the booking altogether.
TourXP assures guests that the price they pay at the time of booking is final and will not be subject to any additional charges or fees, provided that they meet all of their obligations under the booking terms and conditions.
Prices are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of operation and are subject to change without notice, means that the tour price is based on the prevailing costs at the time of the tour’s operation and may be subject to change without prior notice. This could be due to fluctuations in transportation costs, currency exchange rates, or other factors beyond the control of TourXP.
